Delete Your Phishivox Account

Overview

You can permanently delete your Phishivox account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and exactly what data is removed.

Option 1 — Delete from the app

1. Open the Phishivox app and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
4. Confirm with your password. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Delete from the website

Sign in at phishivox.com/login, open Account → Billing & Settings, and use the account deletion option. You can also simply email us (see below) and we will delete your account for you.

Option 3 — Request by email

Email support@phishivox.com from the address associated with your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will verify ownership and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your account and email address
• Your scan history and all scan results
• Scan-pack purchase records and coupon redemptions
• Your profile data and uploaded avatar
• Connected mailbox tokens (Gmail / Microsoft 365)

Email content submitted for scanning is processed in real time and is not permanently stored, so there is nothing further to delete there.

Data retention

Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. Limited records may be retained only where required by law (for example, payment or tax records held by our payment processor), and only for the period the law requires. We do not sell your data.
